Iglu cruise and Marella cruises

i booked a cruise through Iglu cruises for a cruise for a Marella cruise which was cancelled on 8 April departing 09 May ,so looked up a replacement cruise in September but not prepared to pay the price increase for a lower grade cabin and no hotel stay so let Iglu cruises know on 09 April that I wish to have a full refund .I paid for the cruise to Iglu so do I now go after Iglu or Marella /Tui for my refund
I have phoned Iglu sent emails and have had no reply or response from them since 9 April ,so as I paid the money to Iglu as agents for Tui Marella cruises who do I chase .thanks
