I have a warehouse store-card which had a 0 balance i bought three tops kept 1 and paid it off then returned the other two, warehouse is now in administration and i never received my refund. Website says i need to claim through the bank however ikano bank who own warehouse store-cards is not taking any calls, any idea what i can do? If i pay the card off how will i get my money back as i will be in credit

When the credit comes in, just ask them to send it to you, so just pay if off now.
Call them when they're a little better staffed.
