Cancelled NYC trip - Pre: Booked Activities Help

HI All
Please move if not in the correct section.
Our BA package trip to NYC in June was cancelled this week - BA were great, refund to card, no hassles - team a credit to company.
However we booked a couple of activities via Ticketmaster.com - I contacted them to explain the situation and that we were not able to enter the USA at this time / nor in a position to reschedule the trip, so asked for a refund.
We have a Yankees game and a Trip to Frozen Musical booked - both of which are likely to be rescheduled anyway to dates we can't make - both were booked before Ticketmaster changed their policy around refunds in March 2020.
Ticketmaster were not interested and simply advised to try to sell our tickets fan to fan via their new service.
Do I have any grounds here? Can anyone suggest a next move? Both events are on Post Office credit card so I think there maybe a route via them but never done that before so not sure what to do ?
Thanks

I would expect that if the events are postponed you would have the option of a refund. You would in the UK anyway, not sure how it works in the USA. However you would have to wait until they are postponed.
If the events go ahead as planned then you would not be entitled to any refund. Travel insurance may cover you depending on your level of cover and excess etc. I'm not sure what the situation is with mass gatherings in the USA, but NYC was particularly hard hit with the Coronavirus.0 -
Thanks for the responses - as it stands these events have not been postponed officially, however at this time, MLB is not scheduled to even start to train until end of June (event was booked for 28th) and if Broadway follows London West End suit, then that will also be closed till July (the Frozen show was scheduled on July 1st)
OK, I guess I sit this out and see what happens / options when moved - I will also follow up with Travel Insurance
Thanks for taking the time to respond
