Universal credit

Hi,
I am self employed and due to coronavirus I cannot work anymore.
I applied for universal credit and I am entitled to £594.04. I was supposed to get paid on the 2nd of May but when I checked I did not receive any money. I contacted them they said my case manager will call me by 6pm on Tuesday. No one called. I called again on Wednesday. They said they are not sure what happened and someone will call me by 6pm on Thursday. And again no one called.
I am not sure what to do next.
I haven't had any income since the middle of March. I am entitled to that money.
How do I approach them to finally get it sorted.
Many thanks

All you can do is either put a note on your journal or try to ring them.

Are you speaking to them on the telephone or is it via your journal.
I would put a last message on your journal saying that you appreciate how busy they must be right now (and they truly are) but you are now a week late receiving your payment and you’d like to raise a formal complaint regarding this.
It may not help the situation and to be honest I’m not sure what else you can do. I’ve had payments that were late before but that was because they had awarded me a £0 in the assessment period when I knew there was a mistake, even then it was nearly 2 weeks before it was rectified and this was last year...0 -
What's in your UC online account - does it say you were paid on your Payments page? If so, something went wrong with the transfer. But you might actually see you weren't awarded what you expect, and from there you can contact them about asking why.1
