They are refusing me a refund for tickets for an April event that didn't happen owing to closure. They are offering an 18 month voucher  but I am unable to get there as our original April Trip was to be taken their by friends. They keep quoting to me there T&C's that refer to no refunds being given against tickets bought on their website. Now I would have thought that surely Consumer Law takes precedence no matter what you might have agreed/signed up to in purchasing tickets on their website?

That's complete rubbish,   a company simply can't have a carte blanche "no refunds" policy,  even if it is in their T&Cs it would be classed as unfair, so under legal rules  it will be deemed null & void, as thou it never existed.
