Honeymoon Refund?!?

We were due to go on our honeymoon back on 31st March (it’s a package holiday), we were initially offered a credit note which we declined and have requested a refund. But 6 weeks on, we’ve still not heard a single thing? Should I be chasing with our travel agent/supplier the travel agent booked with for an update, or are we being impatient with it and just need to wait in the hope we eventually receive our money back?
