i checked their returns if you take your printed slip to a shop they will refund straight away , so probably best bet if you get lucky elsewhere.

Well too good to be true that they would leave it with a neighbour so have decided to go to the depot and pick it up on Saturday morning at least then i know i will have it. Why do they make things so difficult? Delivering it to my work place would have been just as easy. Dixons did it and Game and John Lewis what makes Toysrus so special!!!!:mad:

i think it would be more irresponisble of them to leave it with a neighbour!! at least you know it has arrived and will be in your hands just in time for xmas

When people ordered from play did they get a tracking number with it? Ordered a Silver one (sat) and it's been posted sunday but it only told me that today and there is no tracking number.

Play don't usually give tracking numbers but i've never ordered anything costing more than £30 from them. I would have thought they send expensive items via special delivery or via a courier which would mean they should have a tracking number

I've had many things left with my neighbours no probs but i do understand what you are saying... however just to have exclusively to your home when they could just as easily deliver to a work address makes no sense to me how does that combat fraud. Anyway i won't be satisfied until i get it in my hands on Saturday morning. I will be there as they open there shutters at 8:30am

My order from Game -ordered this morn , dispatched at 2.45pm -super efficient -I wonder when it will arrive then!

It is nice so secure one as it seems to have taken up a lot of time to find one and it isn't even for me!
