has now gone back to 'processing'. I want to cancel the order, but there doesn't seem to be the option to do it! Does anyone know if I can cancel, and if so, how?

hi my friend works in Toys r Us Ipswich and they got some in today - chances are they are all gone now but hey ... it's gotta be worth a try

I'd suggest trying to ring them. It hasn't gone back to processing - processing is the last stage after packing, usually closely followed by dispatch.

and they won't let me! They said they really don't think they have any in stock. The lady I spoke to was surprised that I'd been able to place an order at all.

I've got to wait 24 hours and as long as I don't get a dispatch email, then I can cancel it. Not really sure why, but hoping it doesn't dispatch because (and I know I'm probably the only one on here!) I don't want it!

Thanks for that...who told you about the delivery? Fingers well and truly crossed. Got a black one on order for my partner....called them and although they say its been sent to the warehouse for packing at 9pm tonight the guy said he doesnt understand where they might have come from as they have not had consoles on their own for weeks!!!

I can't remember if it said 'processing' or not, but the description of what they're doing (ie processing payment etc) is the same.

Time will tell I suppose!
