amazon just had 1 random black one - i know it doesnt help now as its gone but it shows they are still putting them on randomly. just need patience and to be quick. "only" took me 6 hours!!!!!! of constant refreshing and a fast finger to get mine - delivered this morning! :-)

that page lists them, you want it to say buy new 99.99 to buy it direct from amazon. that others are the marketplace.
make sure you have 1-click turned on.
they will probably keep adding them 1 0r 2 at a time randomly, refreshing the page will show. :-)
