Picked up a White one with the free case from Argos in Peterborough today! Didn't bother with any games in the end from Argos as most of the good ones were out of stock!

I know you are only supposed to return DS's to Argos if they are faulty but the one I got was ready to go out the box. Shouldn't a brand new one need charging first? It all looked new but you never know with Argos! Should the box have been cellophane wrapped or anything?

My daughters new one from Amazon had no cellophane, and enough charge to play for a short while before it needed a proper recharge.

Argos in Irvine has them available for reservation and collection. It's the £149 bundles tho

Hi

I am trying to get hold of a Silver DS Lite for my daughter.

I thought post Christmas it would be easier to get hold of one. In fact after just one day of trying I managed to reserve a black one for my Son from Argos:j . This was at 7.08am yesterday (Tues 8 Jan).

I was wondering if anyone knows when new "in-store" stock is added to the Argos site. Perhaps it is just first thing in the morning???

Anyway, now the pressure is on. I've got one for my Son and am now worried that I won't be able to find one for my daughter. Oops.:(
