No idea.  Email it to the new court, along with the defence as well, in case Slough don't have the defence.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I encountered a very unhelpful woman at Slough  CC.  She refused to let ,me have information which I knew was in the PD but which I could not find on a search engine.  I then asked Reading CC who happily supplied it.

My hearing has finished and unfortunately I lost the case and I have to pay CEL £153 of which,  £100 parking charges, £50 court fees and £3 intrest

The judge was not ready to accept the fact to strike out the full claim even though he didn’t agree to the debt recovery charges of £70.
  • Sorry to hear that. Please let us have a court report when you're up to it.

That's bad luck but at least the defence did part of it's intended job and removed the spurious debt control/admin costs for you.
