Hi , last year I put a claim in on behalf of my father for PPI , in the last week my father has one his case , unfortunately he died last month . My question is are we still liable to pay the company that dealt with the claim ? The reason for asking is because the company who owe the PPI have told me it is not always the case that you have to pay the claim company after death during a claim , any advice would be appreciated, thank you .
