v62 and road tax

If I take a v62 form to a post office and tax it at the same time is there still the option to pay monthly?

    Why are you using a V62 ?  Are you currently the registered keeper ?
    If you are currently the registered keeper you can set up a direct debit at the post office.

    Set up a Direct Debit at the Post Office

    You’ll also need to bring your address, date of birth and your bank or building society account details if you’re setting up a Direct Debit to tax your vehicle.

    Not sure how you bring them though.
