Company not on the government furlough scheme

Newbie here,
Just a quick question.... my company has placed us in Furlough and I am now getting some help with universal credit.
The company I work for have said that there was a glitch with them getting on the government furlough scheme and has only paid us 50% from their own money and said they will give us the rest as soon as they can.
What else can I can do to secure my bills and rent so they don't snowball into major debt etc... if my company can not get on the furlough gov scheme?

Sorry are you saying that they aren’t going I get any help from the scheme at all or just that it’s been delayed.
Freeze all debt payments that you can using holiday payments if this applies to you. Make sure you have applied to your local council for help towards your council tax. Your universal credit reflects what earnings are reported each assessment period so in theory should increase if no money is being received.
Finally speak to your landlord... whilst they can’t take legal action against tenants at the moment I am sure they would appreciate an update on your situation and may even be in a position to negotiate some help.0
