Business lender broke repayment agreement.

In March, I had 6 months left of a small business loan, but with the current situation I asked if I could make 50% payments for 2 months while we found out what was going to happen with working ect. They happily agreed and took the 50% payment in April, then I received an email early last week, followed by a phone call, confirming that the plan was still in place for May's payment, 2 days later they took full payment. I contacted them straight away and they said they would refund the difference, but I've heard nothing since. I emailed and the reply I got was that they are busy. Where do I stand with this?

You will have to keep chasing them.0

Yeah, kind of gathered that myself, but what I wanted to know was do they have to pay me back as they only took the amount listed in our loan agreement.

No, they don’t have to, you’ll be relying on them playing nicely here, so don’t go in all guns blazing.0
