Average pay on furlough after promotion

Hi
I can’t find the answer to my question anywhere so I’m hoping someone can help.
I started my job in April 2019. I am on a causal contract but work set hours each week with no exceptions. I started my job on a rate of pay of £10.40 per hour, working just 6 hours a week. In September I completed training to move up a grade and my pay was adjusted from
December, to £15.50 an hour. I was also given double the amount of hours, so do 12 hours a week now. I haven’t received my new contract yet.

Pre my promotion I was earning under £300 a month. Since November I have been earning a minimum of £650 a month.
Will my furlough pay be based on what I earnt for the whole tax year - in which case it will be considerably less than I earn now? Or will it be based on my average rate of pay since my promotion?
Thanks

If you do the same hours for the same pay each week, and have done since September 2019, I would say that you are a fixed rate employee, and the amount of your reference salary should be calculated on your weekly pay for the last pay period before 19 March 2020. 80% of your reference salary is the minimum your employer should pay you.0
