Hi all, I have a return flight for my family from Manchester to Venice booked in early June. Ideally I'd like to cancel these flights and I'd be more than happy with a voucher instead of a cash refund. Any idea if I can do this? And if so How?? Thanks

Dont think you can online, you either change the flights or get a refund. Probably easier if you just fill in the online refund form but you have to wait for them to cancel the flight first to do the latter.

I looked at changing flights but I really would want to replace like for like next year and the free flight swap seems to only apply up until May next year which isn't when I would want to travel :(

In which case you are going to have to wait for the flights to be officially cancelled and then request the cash back, and rebook once the schedules for next June come out.

Easyjey schedules currently only go up to May 2021, thats why you cant do anything past then, its not a case of them being awkward 🤣

Cool, thanks, my fear is the flights won't be cancelled. I have already decided that it would be safest to not travel but with talk of relaxing travel restrictions it is possible the flight will run and I will not get anything back

There is no chance of you going to northern Italy in 4 weeks. None at all. It will be cancelled.

I'm in the same position as you except our flights are end of June. If they released all of May I would be tempted to book last week. Eurocamp have said I can change holiday to next year which is very helpful but I dont want to do that if my flights go ahead I may as well go?! Holiday is to Venice area also.

Thanks I've seen that thread. Easyjet website for June is unhelpful because it says the expect the holidays for June,July, August ect to go ahead.... at least people flying in May knew last month that there planes were grounded for whole of May.

They are only saying that at the moment because a) if they cancelled 4 months worth of flights in one go it would totally overwhelm the workload being dealt with by a reduced number of staff, and b) nobody has any ideas yet what restrictions countries are going to be putting on flights.
