Halifax Mastercard

Ok, I admit it - I'm being rather lazy and could phone Halifax to ask this question!
My Halifax Visa card has just been replaced with a Mastercard. Halifax lead me to believe this is standard pactice at the moment.
Does anyone know if it is just the long number in the middle of the card that has changed? For electronic payment purposes, have the account number and sort code remained the same? The literature on the changeover is rather vague.

Yes. All is the same except your new card has a new number, new expiry date and new security code. The payment account details are still the same.Regards, Robin.2011 MFW # 34
