If all they did was change the company name (was LittleCo Ltd, now BigCo Ltd), then company number, tax references, VAT registration, payroll etc may all continue unchanged.0

Did you get a payslip for the Feb and March?0

The email in short states as no codes from HMRC were received to file against the PAYE only payslips were able to be produced and no conformation registered on the PAYE. Therefore, you are not eligible for furlough payments.
This is part of the email the rest is from accountant stating codes were not sent back to them from owner so this was not chased up by owner or accountant in January very frustrating.0 -
You say you have not had payslips for years. I assume that also means no P60.
It sort of sounds like you, or the company you work for, have not paid any tax or NI for 15 years?0 -
We did get a p60 for the other company ive definitely had deductions made so must be payslips but we never receive any , obviously wont be getting p60 this year as not registered .0
