How to find owner?

There is a block of few garages on my street but it is not clear to which properties they belong. Is there any way for me to find it out? I would like to approach owners to see if anyone would like to sell one.

I tried land registry but as far as I can see I would need to buy a deed title for every single property to see which one has garage included unless there is other way?

I was thinking about note but there are some that appear unused, hence idea to buy,  so how would owner see my note if they dont go there?

    With difficulty.
How many garages are there? 10? 20? Surely you would target your search on those that looked less used?

The council might know. I used to live in a terrace, and there were a few garages at the end of one road. They were owned by the council, and anyone living in the eight (long!) surrounding streets could apply for one, although the houses were privately owned. We managed to reach the top of the waiting list, and rented one. It was two streets away from our house, but as parking was so limited, it was worth it.

Can't you search by map and click on the relevant garage?

Perhaps they're owned en masse, and rented out.
