Hey all , jope ur well and safe.
We have a trip to mainland spain booked for august the 5th . Now my issue is wether or not the travel bans are lifted , myself and my family just dont want to go now . The virus is still going to be around , and lets face it holidays this year just aint gonna be any fun wearing masks and gloves...
Its booked with TUI and there website isnt telling me anything . If i cancel i lose my deposit of £600. If i wait till TUI cancel it , ill get it all back , but if it doesnt get cancelled im stuck with a holiday i dont want to go on or i cancel then and lose loads more of my money.
Anyone else in this situation or have any ideas ???

It's up to you. You've outlined your two options well, except for having to wear gloves and masks if you do go away, unless that's a personal preference of yours.1

We fly in October to Malaga, I don’t expect that will happen to be honest and even if it was I don’t expect the amenities like the children’s splash park, mini disco (which my daughter loves) or other reasons we selected the hotel to be running in the way the normally should be.Currently we have paid a small amount and are waiting to see what happens I guess. Only you can make the decision as to what you wish to do although I suspect with yours being August I don’t expect it to be going ahead....
