What all needs to be done if our return to UK is uncertain?

My partner and kid are british citizen and I have ILR. My partner was working in the UK public sector in UK and moved abroad in May 2019 and has started working there and my kid also has moved with her. I was on career break for last 4 years and had just started my job hunt and few months back. My interviews were going quite well and I received job offers too but was expecting better offers so did not accept any. Meanwhile, I had to travel to visit my family and could not get back to UK due to Covid 19 issues.
We were living in a rented house and as it was 2 Bed flat and expensive, I was planning to move to smaller shared accomodation after starting my new job. Unfortunately, I won't be able to start my job hunt now and can't get back to UK to empty my flat and save on rent, council tax etc. which is about 1600£/month. We just managed to get our stuff moved and vacated the flat.
I had originally planned to return to UK and pick up an IT job. But, with way things are now, I am very uncertain about this. So, may have to continue in my home country or may be return to UK in an year.
I am not sure what all I need to do in the UK with respect to my bank accounts, phone numbers, posts, HMRC, my ILR etc.
We have few current accounts spread out in 4-5 banks. Few credit cards but not in debt so far. Also, I may start working abroad and may be taxable there.
I have discontinued the utility services and about to inform the council. I will be selling the car as well. We have life insurances that I am told is valid as long as we pay the premium through a UK bank account.
Please could the experts here guide and help me. Very grateful for your help and time.
