Commercial Landlord & Small Business Tenants

What has been the general approach by commercial landlords of small business tenants  i.e. what financial concessions are being offered by commercial landlords to help small businesses survive the lockdown, etc.
We are a small business which simply doesn't have big resources or profits. Our income at this stage is as a good as zero. It is also likely to take a while to get profits back to where they were once the lockdown is lifted. Our landlord has said we can pay half rent for 3 months but this concession must ultimately be paid off over the remaining term of the lease.
We really feel our landlord isn't going far enough to share the financial hardship we are suffering given the current COVID19 situation.
