Ticket master event refund

Hi all,
I had tickets for an event on 18th April 2020, ticket master told me the event was cancelled on the 24th March, I waited till the 20th April to ask about my refund and nothing, if you ask where it is you get a standard ' we're really busy' email. I understand it must be a huge undertaking but, I think 7 weeks after being told I am entitled to a refund is enough time to process it. If you ask if they can at least give you some idea of when you can expect it they say they can't give any time frame.
I've already asked my bank about a charge back as I paid by debit card and they said they can't do anything as I have been told I will at some point get a refund.
Is there anything else I can do, as given the current circumstances this is money I could really do with.

20 April to 06 May is NOT 7 weeks. It is 3 weeks.Dabloa said:Hi all,

They will not do anything until you have contacted them. Remember it is not just this one event. There are hundreds if not thousands of events they are having to deal with. On limited staff. As well as options of refunds or changed dates.
So give them a bit longer. Your bank is right.Life in the slow lane0
