Finance agreement for a service not provided

Hi all,
I have a finance agreement for dental treatment. The dental company has gone into administration. My treatment is not complete. I have cancelled the direct debit and contacted the finance company. They say I must continue paying and claim money back later. I know as a small creditor I am very unlikely to see the money again. I have paid the correct amount for the treatment I have received so far. The company say they paid the whole amount for the course of treatment in advance. The small print in my agreement state that I agree to pay the finance company as soon as the goods or service have been supplied. I have paid for treatment that I have received so far ( shy of £171, which I have offered to pay them now) . They are telling me that failure to continue paying will affect my credit rating and they may take further action. Anyone got any ideas ?

Keep paying so you don't default.  Then simply raise a section 75 claim with the finance company, assuming the finance was organised directly with the dental company.
