Cancelling holiday

I am trying to cancel my jet2 holiday, I can not cancel online or by phone as neither option is available, I have tried emailing but no response as yet, can anyone suggest how to proceed.  Thank you

Yes I can, but do not want to pay the balance which is due soon, also do not want to travel this year

Don't pay the balance and Jet2 will cancel the holiday.
You'll lose your deposit.

Thanks , but if I wait until then the cancellation fees will have gone up because it is less than 70 days to the holiday !!,

There won't be any cancellation fees because you won't have cancelled it.

How much have you paid so far - if it's only a few hundred  I'd take the loss in your circumstances.
It's unlikely they will come after you for any more in the current climate.
No one can find any Court Cases where they have chased someone for the balance of a deposit or the outstanding amount owing on a holiday.
