Good afternoon a group of 11 of us have booked a package holiday for August as present virgin have not cancelled this however have asked for outstanding payments to be made by next week. If payment is not made they will assume we no longer wish to travel and we will lose our deposit. The group no longer wishes to travel and are willing to cancel however I paid the remainder of my outstanding balance at the end of last year. Contacted cc company this morning and they said that I will not be entitled to claim as this was a choice made by the group. Any idea if I am able to claim anything??
