Going back to work on 80% pay

you then agreed to amended your contract by going on furlough, this amendment only last for the amount of time you are furloughed.When your told to come back the amendment ends and your back to your original contract.
so you have not agreed to go back to work for 80%.What does your furlough letter say?1 -

It’s quite a good sign that you’ve been identified as a “key worker”. Although in the short term it may be annoying getting paid the same as those people still sat at home, in the long term if the company decides to make cut backs they’ll very likely be looking at those people still at home!
Your salary will be back to 100% soon2 -

The employer can't use the furlough scheme to pay you, if you are working. However if the employer is paying the 80% rather than the government there's no issue there.
