BO BANK CLOSING - FREEZING ACCOUNT

Bo bank is closing.,... they've sent emails to the customers giving them 60 days to transfer the money or spend your funds to zero balance....

I decide to transfer my money to my other account out - and they have put a freeze on my account. They informed me to provide bank statements to show where the credits have originated from.
I said to them 'BO is closing and as per the emails you guys sent us, I am transferring my money out'. They said they have a duty/obligation to find where the funds originated from etc etc etc...

Now I do not like this situation at all , whatsoever. I have used BO for around 3-4 months now, and I would have continued using it.... but its closing...

What legal statutes/cases can I provide to BO so that they can lift this freeze? Or do I just have to 'go along with it?'

Any help would be fantastic...
