Claiming a refund for a Ryanair flight booked via Direct Flights

As soon as I received an e-mail from Ryanair on 21 March I completed their form, e-mailed it back and received an acknowledgement from Ryanair promising that my claim would be processed and that the money would appear in my account within the next 5-7 working days. The only problem with that is that the money will go to Direct Flights not to me although they promised to send me a confirmation e-mail.
It is quite clear that Ryanair are in breach of the law as, judging from press comment, there appears to be no record of their having refunded anybody.
