No job no income

Hi all
At this moment i have no job and very minimum income. My usual job is working in engineering office. I worked for one year up till june 2019 was made redundant,i then received JSA for 5 months.I had a fixed term contract for 2 months untill the end of january 2020.I was able to claim JSA for one month up to the end of Feb 2020 after which i was told by benefits agency i could no longer claim.I do not qualify for universal credit. At this moment it is almost impossible to get a job in my field because of the government rules. Is there any way i can get state help or do i fall between the cracks?
thanks for attention any help would be appreciated.

Universal credit would usually be the "state help", do you not qualify because you have savings or a working partner?

You might not be able to get a job 'in your field', but there are plenty of jobs being advertised in sectors that are crying out for staff at the moment
Even if just on a temporary basis, until 'your field' is recruiting again, anything that'll give you some income is surely better than nothing...?
Everything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the end
