I wonder if we'll get a post from a homeowner about a problem neighbour who is claiming they can't remove shrubs on their own land.The concern here is that this could get out of hand unless the OP understands they are in the wrong and only the OP can stop this by admitting it to the neighbours and apologising quickly.2
