Getting documents certified during lockdown

My aunt died of Covid19. Virgin Money insist that I need to get a form certified by a solicitor / Commissioner for Oaths In order to release the balance in her account. Probate is not required as her Esate is small. I had Power of Attieney over her account for the last 9 years. No solicitors are holding face-to-face meetings during lockdown so I can't get the form signed. Virgin Money Bereavement centre claim that there is nothing they can do. Suggestions anyone?

Unfortunately you will have to wait until lockdown eases. The power of attorney became invalid on your aunt's death.0
