Claim both PAYE 80% furlough and SEIS?

I have a part time PAYE job where I have been furloughed at 80%, but also have a part time self employed job. May I claim SEIS?
Both jobs earn around £6k / annum.

It depends. Look at the guidance:

If you are registered as self employed, I understand HMRC will write you you.
If you have PAYE and self-employed income, one of the rules is that self-employed income has to be greater than the PAYE income. When "both jobs earn around £6k/annum" that is a margin that is going to be significant on the 50% from self employed profits rule.
On the PAYE job, the decision for furlough is entirely the employers.
If you do qualify for SEISS, then I understand it is a single payment of £7.5k, which seems odd if you have only been earning £6k, but maybe that is one of the odd quirks in the system and would not be a massive number of people in that position.1 -
No it's not - that is the maximum payment possible, not the amount everybody will get.Grumpy_chap said: If you do qualify for SEISS, then I understand it is a single payment of £7.5k,Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.1 -
Thank you for clarifying my error - it did seem odd as I wrote it.calcotti said:
