BT Sport Credit: help required!
GCManchester
I applied for the 2 months' BT Sport Credit as soon as I heard about it. I actually had to apply twice because the first time I had an email telling me that something was wrong. This did not happen the second time so I assumed all was in order. However, the credit has not been applied to this month's bill, which went out of my account today. I am reluctant to try applying again, if this is even possible, as I fear the same may happen again.
Does anyone know of any way in which I can contact BT about this? It is impossible to speak to anyone on the phone about it, and they just refer you to their 'dedicated webpage', which is useless and has no 'Contact' option. I have tried their online chat but the bot constantly tells me that there are no agents available, and I can't find any kind of email contact for them either. I even tweeted BT about this but have had no response. For a communications company, it appears frustratingly impossible to communicate in any way with BT! Any suggestions would be very gratefully received.
