Can't talk to anyone at Lloyds Business bank about card declined

Hi all,
In short, I have a business bank account with Lloyds. For some reason they have decided to do one of their security measures and stopped the card being used online for payments of goods until I phone them about it and get the restriction off the account. I need to purchases a few things for the company and I'm not able to do so because of the card getting declined.
I phoned Lloyds business line and once you put in all your details over the phone they simply say we do not offer this service right now, please check the website and then they hang up. I have tried multiple numbers and they all lead to the same message. There is no information on their website regarding this either.

So what am I meant to do? I don't have access to my business bank account and they offer no immediate support. This is ridiculous.

Update: If anyone else is in a similar situation to me. I managed to get the problem sorted by going through my non business account (personal) and then explaining the situation and the advisor was able to unblock the account without transferring me to a different department. So it seems the personal account team are able to deal with business related issues. In my case they did anyway.
Would be helpful if they put that information on the website instead of people having to figure that out for themselves.

I had an issue and phoned the number on the back of my work credit card and got through straight away. That's a Lloyds card offered through a different (charity) bank so I don't know if that makes a difference?

The website from which we can check our transaction history, on the other hand, went down for a couple of days. Not sure if it's working again even now.
