Hello
Our wedding should have taken place on 27.03.2020 but couldn’t due to lockdown. We weren’t told we could get a refund from the venue, but that we could reschedule up until the end of 2021. So, we rescheduled for next year.The venue has since e-mailed confirmation of our new date, and mention agreeing to T&Cs;
” If you could let us know if you agree with the new terms please respond stating so via email.Once we are back within the office, we will invite you in for a meeting at the venue to run through all your wedding details to help with the planning of your new date. At this point we can also sign a copy.“
Since we have not yet responded with our agreement (the only response we sent was a query relating to our package on the proposed new date), are we still able to request a full refund instead?
Thanks

yes I have but I’m not clear on whether or not I can get a refund from the venue instead of postponing when I’ve chosen a new date (but not agreed to/signed the new T&Cs), as we didn’t know refund was an option unfortunately.Thanks0
