HSBC charge 2.75% on business foreign currency transactions, and Transferwise can usually come within 1% plus a small fee.
Other (cheaper) options may be available, but I have a personal preference for security by using names I've heard of and trust.
Or just transferwise.
How would you suggest setting up whereby you buy products and sell products in USD/America but will need to withdraw it to a UK account obviously at some point (probably often).
Thanks
You'd pay Transferwise 1%-ish.
You can top up a TW account from your business bank account as a normal domestic transaction, transfer that money into USD and spent it accordingly, either transferring the money to them or using the debit card that they offer.
There may be cheaper ways to do the overall transaction, but this IME ensures that everything is done through properly regulated and trustworthy companies (not suggesting Starling mentioned above aren't, am suggesting that the overall cost won't be any more than negligibly higher).💙💛 💔0
