GMail / GSuite email reject small business emails and provides not help but causes damage

As a small UK business we run online international software with several users signing up to our service from GMail or from email powered by GSuite, the Google email service provided to run email on their server on behalf of your website/business.
We have described how GMail decided to ban/reject emails from our website and provides no practical help and support in case you would like to solve the problem.
GMail goes as far as rejecting our email replies to their users, so even if a user from myemail@gmail.com sends us an email we cannot reply back thus causing a great damage to our business as it looks like we are not caring or replying to users support requests.

Have you been blacklisted?  I check my mailserver's IP address here regularly: https://mxtoolbox.com/

If you've been blacklisted, there are usually links to follow to the lists, which more often than not have a removal request form.  Occasionally, I have needed to contact my host to get them to ban spammers and then apply for de-listing, as there was a good reason for the blacklisting!
