Fraudulent cards

Please please please can someone help!! My husband and I had our names stolen with 5 credit cards taken out in our names, this was 4 years ago and we have had no end of problems since then. We had huge trouble getting our mortgage last year and simple credit agreements for various things have bounced back saying we have a bad credit score which is so far from the truth, we’ve never had credit cards or loans (apart from a mortgage). We are now having problems getting an upgrade for a new mobile phone. The police were involved 4 years ago and did a full investigation and actually arrested the criminals but it’s hasn’t stopped for us!! Please can someone help, where do we go for help, what do we do to fix this and get our 100% credit score back permanently???? HELP!!

Thank you for your reply. So I can’t even get my score because equifax needs card details to create a direct debit to pay for the subscriptions. I know it was 999 on Experian before this all happened. Who do I go to to fix this?0

I came into this world with nothing and I've got most of it left.0

You don't need to use Equifax, there is a free option to use.0 -
Forget about your pretend 100% scores. Get your three credit files and if anything is amiss, dispute it with the CRAs.
Your lack of credit history may be as big concern as any erroneous data.
