Lexmark Printer Problem

When I print documents on my Lexmark printer I am finding that all the writing is right on the left hand margin and half the words are missing. Does anyone know how to change the printer settings to correct this. Thanks.

Hi,
go into Page Setup, through File and check settings.
My default settings for A4 page are,
you can try different settings to suit.
To adjust margins, just click in box.0
