Switch sse to eon
Options
Hi everyone
I switched to eon from sse in January and have 2 problems the meter was changed to a smart meter by sse a few weeks before the switch and when I joined eon the start reading was entered using the reading from the old meter which means the app will not let me enter the current reading as it is too low And this means billing is not correct
I also have money which was over paid to sse in my account with them that they will not return to me until they get a D0086 reading from eon but even after numerous phone calls eon say they have already sent it and sse say they have not received it
where can I turn now? The switch took place early January and it’s getting annoying dragging on
can any one help get this sorted please or point me in the right direction?

Make a formal complaint via Royal Mail, asking for a deadlock letter by return. Go to the Ombudsman upon receipt ot after six weeks if they don't respond.0
