- purchased a log cabin with £100 delivery charge after lockdown had initiated
- when paid the sales team still assured it can arrive in 20 days from purchase.
- told delivery office calls you to negotiate a day and time of your choosing.
- product can be placed any part of the house (front or back). I queried this as its a lot of materials for one courier to shift by themselves and explained the access limitations to the rear garden, but they said its fine
- production wasn't completed till day 33
- delivery office are not contactable or won't answer calls
- day 35 I contact customer dept and came apparent that delivery office won't call but will email me with a delivery date. delivery date with no designated timing. sales team acknowledged mis-selling, that the service as told doesn't actually exist and apologised. I requested either refund to cost of delivery or actually deliver under the circumstances promised initially. their response was another apology and dodged my requests pretty much.
- received and email today it will arrive by day 45
- no confirmation on my drop off instructions, very unlikely at this point
QUESTION: what should my next course of action be?
NOTE: I do not have any admission in writing, only verbal. also acknowledged I am not the only person complaining about this when apologising and "looking into it"

1. Patience.
2. Cancel the contract if you specified delivery in a certain timeframe was a condition of the sale.0 -
It sounds like there was some 'misrepresentation' - but it doesn't sound like you suffered any loss as a result, so you don't really have any basis for claiming damages. (Although I guess you could ask them for a goodwill gesture.)
You might be able to cancel the order, but it doesn't sound like that's what you want to do.0
