I've been furloughed and signed all and sighed all paperwork they keep saying every day that it will be tomo or next day but then tells us some excuse. Should we have it by now ? They keep saying they've got it but can't give us it until our wage slips come. Is this true

You certainly should be provided a pay slip. This should be provided on or before you are paid. Are you wage slips/wages late? How often do you get paid, when was you last paid and when would you have expected to receive the next payment under normal circumstances.0

I was furloughed from 1st April 2020. My employer sent written notification prior to 1st. Employer requested a reply and acceptance of the Furlough and stated that if I didn't reply then this would be treated as if I'd accepted the Furlough. I received my normal payslip on my normal pay day (25th April). I received 80 percent pay. You cannot work for your employer during Furlough, so I assume that you have not continued to work. Your payslip probably won't show 'Furlough' but it will be 80 percent.0

Furlough - my daughter has started to work from home (her job allows this) and she works her normal shift pattern. Her employer is paying her 80 percent of her wages. She hasn't agreed to this. The industry she is in is very busy because of Coronavirus, so there is no shortage or downturn of work. She is concerned that her employer may be claiming the Job Retention Scheme and not her telling her...and making her continue to work for 80 percent pay. Where/Who can she contact to check to see if this is happening, i.e. to see if her employer is committing fraud?0

It is irrelevant to your daughter whether or not the employer is committing fraud. More important is on what basis is she only being paid 80% of her wage. Has she even been asked to accept a pay reduction. This could be an illegal deduction of wages.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0
