John Lewis Discount Code not working

JL were offering 10% off Samsung Frame Tv’s, the code SAMSUNG10 wasn’t working. customer services told me I had inputted the code correctly within the time frame so would be refunded the £140 difference. Now JL have told me via Whatsapp they won’t refund it, where do I stand?
I have images of instructions fron JL for inputting the code and of the code in the promotional code box showing all their directions were adhered to.

Sadly this is typical of today's John Lewis - you simply can't trust them any more.  Customer service and trust went out of the window some time ago to enable them to cut costs, even though in the longer term it will cost them customers.
