BA flights refund no problems.

I just want to let people know that it is not that bad getting cash refunds from BA as the gutter media in this country would have you believe. Got an email today from BA saying that our flights had been cancelled for June. I rang their CS number 0800 727 800 and although it took me about 5 attempts I was then put on hold in the Q and waited only 5 mins before being answered and got my cash refund no problem from a lovely rep.
Cant say the same for APH parking who look to be a nightmare company over this. Will not be using them in the future at this rate!
