    Sorry Shakin_Steve
Just re-read your original post and took it the wrong way first time.
I’m just very annoyed to have to deal with a public body in a stressful situation when there is no need.

Going forward I would be very careful indeed with all bank statements -(keep copies for your own records) and keep receipts for EVERYTHING.
It looks like a family member poking their nose in but once officialdom get involved you will be harassed time and time again.
    Good luck.

    Thanks Shakin_Steve
I was wondering when someone would post a negative comment.
All the money is accounted for thanks.
I know who is responsible for starting the investigation.
When you have the burden of doing everything in the best interest of someone else you really don’t need someone prying into your affairs just to satisfy someone’s bile at being left out of the will.

It doesn't really matter who started the investigation, and being bitter about it doesn't help you with the completion of the request. You have a legal obligation to keep records and to present these to the OPG upon their request. Stalling for time, questioning the actions they are entitled to take, or complaining about their checks will only look suspicious.
