Email and web hosting recommendations

Hi there,
Has anyone had any issues using 123 reg? I'm finding many of my emails are being sent into junk folders and therefore not being received. I've contacted them and they've asked me to check my spf records but this has not fixed it.
I'm now looking to change host for my email and website. Can anyone recommend a good host for a small business? Should I use the same hosting site for both email and web? Is the process quick? I am worried I am going to have no inbox for a few days.

If emails are that important for your business, I recommend going down the Office 365 exchange route.

Thank you. Would Exchange Online (Plan 1) be suitable for two email addresses?
Do you know where I can find instructions to transfer from 123 reg to Microsoft?

Depends on what you need. If you already have a licence for an email program, you can just get one of the cheapest ones; https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/microsoft-365/exchange/compare-microsoft-exchange-online-plans
Some people may disagree with this approach, but I think Office exchange is the simplest method to go down for a business (although the costs add up if you have many users)0 -
Grrrr not allowed to post links as my old account doesnt work but - are you saying you have confirmed all of the 123 reg instructions as being setup on your account....? Domain entries Normally have to go through some kind of DMARC settings but I think 123 is a member.
I don't think you specifically need 365/Exchange, although I accept it would solve your problem, but is usually an expensive option.
How many emails are you sending....? Is it just normal emails or marketing type - as in mass emails....?0 -

Is the process quick? I am worried I am going to have no inbox for a few days.I've been using IONOS .co.uk, previously 1&1, for many years now with no issues, not for web hosting though just for email.I have two domains that I use for email, a ".uk" and ".co.uk", with no issues. One domain contains emails autoforwarded to my Zen account so I can pick them up from there (historical reasons), the other is used purely to hold emails that I have to connect to IONOS to collect.
Then with the domains one is set to point at my network's IP and so make various internal servers visible to the world, I use nginx to do the internal routing, the other just points to my WordPress site.IONOS do web hosting, starting from £5 a month, and their domain cost is £11.99 a year.

kolimig, kolitmig, kolittmig and kolithmig are all the same spammer.
Ironically I have to wait 5 minutes now as the forum has said I'm a spammer because I'm identifying a real spammer. 🙄1
