Options
Hi all, who owns solar panels if both the supplier and maintenance companies have been dissolved and what should I do next? Thank you, Anthony.

I assume this is a "rent a roof" scheme.  If not, the answer would be "you".
It will be whoever bought the assets of the company that was dissolved.  There's not a lot you can do until somebody contacts you.  But the company administrator may be able to help if you really need to know.
    If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.

This is a common formula to government-funded energy schemes: all the cowboys see an easy way to make money and ride on the coattails of government "approval". Any grants that are given from now on must go hand in hand with regulation, otherwise the money does not ultimately achieve its aims.
