Hi , I paid £396 for Higher revision courses for my daughter . These courses were cancelled due to the virus. The company are saying I will not be refunded money but they can offer a credit note. That is no use to me as my daughter is going into 6th year and is not studying for courses that they offer. Any idea what I should do ? I’ve contacted my bank but can I report to trading standards or other? This is a heck of a lot of money and he won’t have had to pay out to teachers as they were cancelled in advance. Thank you

You should be entitled to a refund, as it is a service thy cancelled and did not provide. Mention the Competition and Markets Authority. See:
